Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions set out below before you proceed with your booking. On receipt of your retainer you are entering into a contract and are bound to the terms and conditions below.
Bookings
All bookings must be made via email and are made on a first come first serve basis. A retainer of £100 is required to secure your date. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payment. Until this has been paid the date will be left open for other bookings.
On receipt of your retainer you will receive an email confirming your booking with your remaining balance and the next steps in the process.
Payments
Deposits must be made via bank transfer.
The remaining balance will be due 1 week before your wedding day. On all payments please use the reference of your name and wedding date.
Changes to Booking
Any amendments made to increase the number of the booking after the deposit has been paid, have to be agreed in writing. Adding additional people to the booking may require an assistant in order to work within the time frame.
Any changes made to reduce the booking, is at my discretion, the total may still be required, or I reserve the right to cancel my services.
Cancellations
If in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your booking the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within 12 weeks of your booking no further payment is required. Cancelling your booking with less than 12 weeks until your wedding will require 50% of you total booking.
If in the highly unlikely event I am unable to provide my wedding services, a full refund will be given including your deposit. I will also help if possible, to recommend other stylists to take my place, however any bookings will be your responsibility.
Health and Safety
I will ensure all the necessary health and safety precautions are followed correctly.
Any breakages or loss of equipment that is caused by a member of the bridal party will be billed to my client.
Due to hot tools I advise young children to keep within a reasonable distance to from my working area to avoid injury.
Wedding Day
A start time will be agreed prior to the wedding day. Any delays caused by other vendors or the bridal party that result in my services not being completed will not result in any partial refund.
If in the highly unlikely event I am delayed through cause of my own and cannot complete my services I will give a refund accordingly.
For the day to run on time, please can you ensure all the bridal party have their hair ready and as instructed by me prior to the day.
