Terms and Conditions

 

To secure your booking a deposit is required. Until the deposit is paid your date cannot be held and will be left open for other bookings.

 

By paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions.

The deposit is non-refunable, but deducted from the total cost of services.

Payment can be made via bank transfer prior to your wedding day, or in cash on the day before any services are carried out.

 

Full payment is required if you decide to cancel within 12weeks of your wedding day.

Any amendments made to the booking after the deposit has been paid, have to be agreed in writing.

Changes made to the booking which affect the cost, must be agreed by Roxy at her discretion.

The total may still be required or roxy reserves the right to cancel her services.

 

An assistant will be needed for larger bridal parties, or weddings with a limited time frame.
